Ventricina Abruzzese originates from the Abruzzo region in Italy. When sliced, it is an artwork with beautiful shades of red and orange from the pork and spices on display. But its aroma is the showstopper. Notes of capsicum, orange peel, smoked paprika, pepper, garlic and aniseed. The addition of the home-made Marino family wine, a preservative free Shiraz, enhances the already wonderful flavours.
