Coconut Oil is mild tasting, trans-fat free, and a potent source of Lauric Acid (a fatty acid which can boost the immune system). It may be beneficial for skin care, weight loss, immune support and blood pressure.
Use as a replacement for oils and fats (butter / margarine), or add to smoothies. 1 to 3 Tbsp per day is considered a therapeutic dose.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
