Description
While working and travelling throughout Spain and France, I gained an appreciation of the importance of texture, mouthfeel and drinkability. My syrah is a medium bodied, elegant wine, with aromas of cherries, spice and lavender. Silky tannins and discrete acidity give length to the palate, which has a lingering, savoury finish.
